Typos and defaults

There was a big typo in the game - the leaderboards are through Purple Token, not Purple Atom (no idea where I got that) which is fixed.

The web version of the game no longer defaults to the score page if you haven't entered a name because through some combination of Godot4 and web the leaderboards don't work.

Lastly there is a fullscreen toggle button on the start screen now.
